STIR
FRY BROWN BASMATI RICE WITH SUNDRIED TOMATOES
½ cup
brown basmati rice
1¼ cup
water
¼ tsp.
salt
1 tbsp.
vegetable oil
¼ cup
diced yellow onions
1/3 cup
diced green peppers
1/3 cup
diced sundried tomatoes
METHOD
In a
small pot, place the rice, water, salt and bring it to a boil. Reduce the heat and
cook until water is absorbed.
Heat
the oil in a frying pan and stir fry the vegetables together.
Add and
mix the rice with the vegetables.
