MARINATED GRILL CHUCK STEAK WITH BURRITOS AND PEPPERS WITH ONIONS

INGREDIENTS FOR STEAK MARINATION
1 shuck steak
1 tsp. minced garlic
¼ tsp. cumin
1 tsp. fresh chopped oregano
3 tsp. red wine vinegar
¼ tsp. cayenne pepper
Salt to taste
1 tsp. oil
DIRECTIONS
With a paper towel dry out the blood of the steak.
Mix all spices with the oil and vinegar together.
Rub both sides of the steak with the seasoning
Marinate the steak at room temperature for two hours before cooking on
the grill.
VEGETERIAN BEAN BURRITOS
PORTIONS: 2
INGREDIENTS
2 flour tortillas.
Braised beans
Roasted chopped vegetables
Shredded cheddar cheese
Shredded Monterey jack cheese,
or your favorite cheese
DIRECTIONS
Place in the center of the flour tortillas some braised beans and
shredded cheese.
Close the tortillas like an envelope and roll it.
Place the tortillas in a baking dish. Top it with the shredded cheeses
and bake it at 375° F. for 15 minutes or until top start to be brown and
cheese is melted
PEPPERS AND ONIONS
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 onion cut Julianne
1 red pepper cut Julianne
1 tsp. chopped fresh oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Heat up the oil in a frying pan and sauté onions peppers and oregano.
Season it with salt and pepper.
SERVING THE STEAK
Serve the steak with the peppers and onions, burrito, Pico de Gallo and
sour cream
