INGREDIENTS
8 oz. ground chicken
8 oz. ground pork
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 minced garlic cloves
1 mediums size onion chopped
½ celery rib, chopped
¼ green pepper diced
½ cup tomato puree
1 tsp. chopped fresh oregano
¼ tomato ketchup
¼ cup BBQ sauce
1 tbsp. Louisiana hot sauce
1 tsp. ground mustard seeds
2 tsp. salt
½ tsp. black pepper
Shredded mozzarella cheese
Sliced brie cheese
METHOD
Heat the oil in a frying pan and add garlic, onion and celery. Cook for
2 minutes at moderate heat.
Add chicken, pork and brown it.
Add the rest of the ingredients and let it cook for about 10 minutes.
Spread the
meat sauce on top of the pizza. Add a bit of tomato sauce if you want. Spread
the cheese on top. Bake the pizza at 475° F - 246° C for about 15 – 20 minutes.
