INGREDIENTS
CHICKEN WINGS DRUM SEASONING
20 chicken wings drum
3 garlic cloves finely chopped
½ jalapeño pepper finely chopped
¼ tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. paprika
1½ tsp. salt
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
POTATOES AND CARROTS PUREE
5 potatoes with skin, washed and cut in pieces
1 carrot washed and cut in pieces
1 cup milk
2 tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper to taste
BLUE CHEESE DRESSING
¼ cup blue cheese.
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp. red vinegar
METHOD
In a bowl mix the spices with the oil and combine it with the chicken wings drum
Bake in 400˚ F oven until golden brown. Turn around the wings drum and brown both sides.
In a large pot, cook the potatoes and carrots in salty water until soft.
Strain, add butter, salt, pepper and hot milk. Make the mashed potatoes.
In a small bowl beat blue cheese, mayonnaise and vinegar together.
Serve the chicken wings with the mashed potatoes and blue cheese dressing.
