INGREDIENTS TO MARINADE THE PORK
1 lb. pork loin cut in very thin strips.
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. minced ginger
2 tbsp. cornstarch
Season the pork with soy sauce and ginger. Dust it with cornstarch.
SAUCE
½ cup chicken broth or water mix with 1/3 of one chicken bouillon
2 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
2 tbsp. dry white wine
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
Mix these 6 ingredients together
VEGETABLES
1/2 cup roasted peanuts
1 orange pepper cut in strips
¼ red pepper cut in strips
½ lb. snow peas
INGREDIENTS TO THICKEN THE SAUCE
1 tbsp. cornstarch
3 tbsp. water
Mix well cornstarch with the water.
METHOD OF COOKING
Weight and cut all the ingredients for the recipe and follow the directions for different steps.
Heat a wok or frying pan with 1 tbsp. of peanut oil or vegetable oil. Add pork and brown it. Add the sauce and cover the pan, at moderate heat let it cook for 4 minutes.
Add vegetables mix and cook for 2 minutes. Vegetables should be cook al dente.
Thick the sauce with the cornstarch mixed with water. Serve immediately.
