MARINATED GRILLED PORK CHOPS WITH APPLE CIDER VINEGAR AND O’BRIEN POTATOES PORTIONS: 2 INGREDIENTS 2 pork chops 3 tbsp. apple cider vinegar ¾ tbsp. brown sugar 1 tsp. salt ¼ tsp. coarse black pepper 1 tsp. chopped thyme leaves METHOD Mix all the spices with the apple cider vinegar and apply to both sides of the pork chops. Marinate the pork chops for about 4 hours. Cook the pork chops in a very hot grill. GRILLED APPLES WITH CINNAMON BUTTER PORTIONS: 2 INGREDIENTS 2 Fuji or gala apples. Cut the apples in thick slices. 1 tbsp. butter 1 tbsp. brown sugar ¼ tsp. cinnamon METHOD Heat the grill well. Place the apples on the grill and mark them on both sides. Melt the butter with brown sugar and cinnamon. Brush the apples with the butter after are cooked. POTATOES O’BRIEN PORTIONS: 3 INGREDIENTS 2 tbsp. vegetable oil 3 cups diced potatoes ½ cup diced onions ½ cup red diced pepper ½ cup diced yellow pepper Salt and pepper to taste METHOD Peel the potatoes if you wish. Heat the oil in a frying pan and brown the potatoes and cover. After the potatoes are almost cook, add onions, peppers, salt and pepper. Let the onions and peppers brown a little bit.

PORTIONS: 2

INGREDIENTS
2 pork chops
3 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
¾ tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. coarse black pepper
1 tsp. chopped thyme leaves

METHOD
Mix all the spices with the apple cider vinegar and apply to both sides of the pork chops. Marinate the pork chops for about 4 hours.

PORTIONS: 2
INGREDIENTS
2 Fuji or gala apples. Cut the apples in thick slices.
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. brown sugar
¼ tsp. cinnamon

METHOD
Heat the grill well. Place the apples on the grill and mark them on both sides.
Melt the butter with brown sugar and cinnamon. Brush the apples with the butter after are cooked.

POTATOES O’BRIEN

PORTIONS: 3

INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
3 cups diced potatoes
½ cup diced onions

Salt and pepper to taste

METHOD
